The staff were very professional, the breakfast was excellent and everything was modern. The location was comfortable, quite close to the centre and overlooking garden. Tried some nice meals at La Vera Pizza Napoletana, located a short walk to the hotel. Very efficient service, greatly enjoyed it...

The breakfast was very tasty; the gentlemen in this hotel were especially friendly and helpful; the bed was super comfortable; the ambience of the hotel with its beautiful hotel equipment was super. Hotel is really recommendable! Again and again gladly! :-))

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I even got an upgrate. Breakfast very good and extensive. Location very good, you can walk comfortably to the center.

Everything was good as well bathroom water. During showers the water would be constantly hot and cold!

Everything was absolutely great, good value. This old-fashioned hotel had great views. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. Just 10 minutes on foot to San Bernardo underground, was a big plus. My tastefully decorated and well-appointed room had a nice decor. The bed was very clean, and the staff were respectful and attentive people especially to the receptionist from Argentina. The atmosphere created was quiet.

While the breakfast included fresh-cracked eggs and varied options like smoked salmon and pastries, the absence of complimentary water in the mini bar was noted. The view from the room was lacking, facing a roof instead of the scenic park unless an upgrade was paid for. The location is convenient with easy access to public transport, surrounded by good dining options.

Elegant entry way, beautiful decor and wonderful location! It was close to the centre and other great neighbourhoods, but quiet and comfortable.

Cleaning services were not the best, minimal in particular throughout the stay. We are both blond, but everyday there were more black hairs in the room.

They need provide Wireless for their room. You need pay extra money for internet which is a drawback for this good hotel.
